Before Joshua started Plastech Recycling Solutions he was a shareholder with McManus Recycling. When the plastics market crashed Joshua and the other shareholders had different opinions as to move forward with the business. Joshua decided to risk it all and start Plastech Recycling Solutions. Joshua has traveled globally to establish long-term relationships with buyers and partners, ensuring that Plastech’s plastics are properly recycled or repurposed.

 As the driving force behind the company, he oversees daily operations and ensures that Plastech’s services exceed customer expectations. Joshua’s hands-on approach means he is frequently in the field working directly with clients, ensuring smooth operations and building lasting relationships.
